Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once orders are processed, items are usually shipped the next business day.
We will provide a verification email with your package tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information.
We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered, (defined as but not limited to; signed for, directly hand delivered, left at door, mailroom, front desk or management office) the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders are not shipped during weekends.
In Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico "Rest of World" rates apply. We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
Sales Tax, Duties & Customs
Domestic US state sales tax only applies to orders shipped within California. Tax or import duties do not apply to orders shipped within the United States.
All other countries are considered Non-Resident Duties Unpaid (NRDUP) and may be subject to additional duties and taxes from customs in the destination country. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the destination country. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.
Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica - CPF) to clear customs. Please have it available when Fed-Ex contacts you.
Shipping Methods
UPS is the official shipping carrier of Reservoir for all ground, air and international deliveries. Domestic ground shipments within the continental USA with a value of $250 or higher qualify for free shipping. USA residents may also choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
International orders require a signature on delivery.
Returns on Sale Items
Sale items may not be returned nor exchanged and are final sale.
Order Changes and Cancellation
We are not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
No returns on fine jewelry.
Returns on Special Orders
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. The customer is required to pay in full when placing a special order.
