Great boutiques are legendary—New York's Jeffrey, Paris' Colette, and LA's Maxwell, to name just a few, are  more likely cultural institutes than places to shop. We have a feeling LA's Reservoir is on its way to landmark status, with its combination of offbeat and cult brands, and its tightly edited womenswear offering.

So for this week's guest editor residency, we'd like to introduce you to Alissa Jacob and Aliza Neidich—the founders of the West Hollywood boutique and the embodiment of its cool-girl vibe. Born and bred New Yorkers, the two recently moved to LA and opened Reservoir, creating a space for artists, shoppers, and designers in their new home on Robertson.
